as you saw it , when remove an application in google wizard, it is shown as abnormal.
please check it in your side.

[Reproduce Step]
1. go to playstore
2. install TED
3. Move to Google wizards
4. go to Settings
5. go into Apps
6. see All apps
7. go into TED apps
8. execute Uninstall

you can see an abnormal screen.
